Grand Vacations Achievers Blog Hop October - Project Life

Welcome to the Mediterranean Vacation Achievers Blog Hop for October. This month our theme is Project Life.  We hope you find great inspiration from the projects. You may just be starting the blog hop here at my blog - Jennifer Michalski @ Stampin' Serenity or may have come from the person previous to me in the list. If you get off track at any time, the full lineup below will help you move along from blog to blog so you see all the projects. At the moment you are visiting Jennifer Michalski @ Stampin' Serenity.

The challenge this month was Project Life projects.  I used the Hello Baby Accessory Pack to make a six pack card set that I can give as a gift to someone or can be used for a hostess club or make and take.  The colors used are Mint Macaron, Basic Gray, So Saffron, & Whisper White. I love the four window sheets that come in this pack.  I used the washi tape that came in the pack to adhere them to the front of the cards.

Hallowthanksmas!

It seems like the Christmas items come out earlier and earlier each year, but today as I was doing some errands I realized that it is now Halloween/Thanksgiving/Christmas shopping time, so how about we celebrate Hallowthanksmas?  We can start the celebration the end of August and carry it all the way into the first week of January or so!  Anyway, here is my early Christmas card with some pretty ornament stickers that I made for my upcoming craft sales.  Be sure to check out my classes and events for the dates and times of the sales.

Global Design Project #007

Today in playing along with the global design project 007 it was a Farm Theme!  Being that I live in Mid Minnesota in the Midwest this would be an easy challenge right?  But there are so many different stamp sets to choose from, that it was hard to narrow it down to just one.

Here is what I came up with for today's challenge :)

Nothing says farm like a tractor!  I used a retired stamp set called Harvest Blessings from Stampin' Up! and embossed it on Garden Green card stock in basic black.  The sentiment comes from the For All Things stamp set from Stampin' Up! and is stamped in tip top taupe ink on tip top taupe card stock for this fun farm themed card.

Pals October Blog Hop

Welcome to the Pals Blog Hop for October where we are celebrating an early Fall season by sharing Halloween and Autumn projects using our wonderful Stampin’ Up! supplies.  We hope you enjoy our creations!

You may just be starting the blog hop or may have come from Mary Fish at Stampin' Pretty, number 16 on the Pals Hop.  If you get off track at any time, the full lineup below will help you move along from blog to blog so you see all the projects.

For this spooky graveyard scene I used the Haunt Ya Later stamp set and my stampin' write markers to color in their little outfits.  For the tombstones I converted the gift card envelope thinlits and ran them through my big shot using a spider web folder and then used my whisper white craft pad to give them that spooky webbing.  Check out all of the supplies at the bottom of this post.

The next stop is Kim Jolley at Stampin' Artfully, number 18 on the Pals Blog Hop!  Thanks for visiting; I hope to see you on next month’s Pals Hop!
