English Garden

I made this card using the English Garden Design Series Paper, and In Colors Mint Macaron, Tip Top Taupe ad Delightful Dijon.  I love the watercolor effect on the design paper.

    1. Carol, Thanks for stopping by. The butterflies are stickers I found at my local craft store that matched the English garden paper so beautifully :)

    1. Peg, Thanks for stopping by, here is the card information:

Cut 8 1/2 by 11 inch cardstock of mint macaron for card base in half at 5 1/2 inches on 11 inch side.

Cut a piece of delightful dijon size 4 inches by 5 1/4 inches, run this piece of cardstock through an embossing folder of your choice ( I used a retired folder called stitchery)

Cut a piece of tip top taupe size 2 1/4 inches by 5 1/4 inches, cut a piece of English garden ds paper size 2 inches by 5 inches, layer the ds paper over the tip top taupe, then center it on the delightful dijon cardstock.

Cut a piece of mint macaron size 1 inch by 4 1/4 inches and apply over the ds paper near the bottom of the card. Attach a piece of tip top taupe lace ribbon across the mint macaron on the front of the card and secure on the back side of the Dijon cardstock.

Secure the dijon card front to your mint macaron card base.

The sentiment is punch out using the large oval punch in whisper white and layered over the scallop oval punch in delightful dijon cardstock.

I added some butterfly stickers that I purchased at Michaels, but you can always use the butterfly punches or dies as your front.

Let me know if you have any questions on this. I can't wait to see some of your creations :)
